Class 1 Company Driver
We are always looking to hire talented individuals who bring with them some experience in the trucking industry and want to work with a company that truly cares of the well being of its staff.
Licensing & Experience
- Valid Class 1 (BC) Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years verified highway / long-haul tractor-trailer experience
- Clean Driver's Abstract and consistent safety record
- Legally eligible to cross the Canada–U.S. border (if applicable)
Technical & Operational Knowledge
Applicants must demonstrate a full understanding and proven experience in the following:
- Cross-border freight operations between Canada and the United States, including customs documentation and compliance procedures
- Canadian and U.S. Hours of Service regulations with accurate ELD operation
- Mountain corridor driving across Western Canada, including steep grades and winter-restricted routes
- Safe operation in all seasonal and climate conditions, including snow, ice, heavy rain, high winds, and extreme temperatures
- Proper use of tire chains and winter driving protocols
- Long-haul trip planning, route optimization, and fuel management
- Operation of highway tractor-trailer equipment including 53' dry van, refrigerated units, and Super B configurations
- Cargo securement standards and proper weight distribution
- Thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures with strong mechanical awareness
- Professional communication with dispatch, customers, and border officials
